We need a large number of volunteers during the 3 days of the conference.

We need help with the following tasks:

• Workshop Room Monitors (tasks include collecting workshop evaluation forms, clearing room after presentations, welcoming presenters and attendees to workshops, introducing workshops and announcing attendance restrictions, directing presenters and attendees to needed services, keeping time for presenters in workshops)
• Registration Desk (tasks include checking in preregistered attendees, registering walk-in attendees, handing out program books, greeting attendees and presenters at front door)
• Lunch set up, serving and break-down
• Technical Support (tasks include helping troubleshoot problems with projects and computers for presenters)
• Opening Gala set-up and break-down
• Ball set-up and break-down
• After-party
• Youth and Teen Programming
• Youth Pool Party
