We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who participated, sponsored, volunteered and shared with us in the Seventh Annual Philadelphia Trans-Health Conference: Honoring our Past, Envisioning Our Future.

This year’s event was truly remarkable and groundbreaking because of all of you!! OVER 1000 people were in attendance, including over 300 health care and social service providers, 50 families, partners, allies, as well as many members of the trans and gender variant communities!!

YOU have all rewarded us for our hard work by your show of continued support as well as the many emails and letters we have received following the conference!

WE all look forward to beginning the next planning year and building on the energy, sense of community and pride each of us took away from this year’s event!
