Provider's day information

Providers Day is comprised of a series of workshops, panels, symposiums and a kenote address, specifically geared toward medical, mental health and social service providers and professionals. Its aim is to teach strategies to help you work more competently and compassionately with transgender communities.

Providers Day programming is categorized into five tracks:

*Physical / Medical Health
* Mental Health
* HIV
* Youth & Families
*Spiritual

*Several non-track offerings will also be available.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essentials and Standards of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of Jefferson Medical College and Mazzoni Center.

Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University, is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Jefferson Medical College designates this educational activity for a maximum of 6 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

All faculty participating in continuing medical education activities sponsored by Jefferson Medical College are expected to disclose to the activity audience any real or apparent conflict(s) of interest related to the content of their presentation(s). Full disclosure of faculty relationships will be made at this activity.

Note to AACO-funded Case Managers and Supervisors: Providers Day at the Philadelphia Trans-Health Conference may be counted towards your 20 hours of continuing education. There will be a separate sign-in sheet at the Registration table.
