Charlene is Native of Jackson, MS and resident of Philadelphia, PA for the past 18 years. Employed as the Executive Assistant of The Philadelphia AIDS Consortium/World Health Care Infrastructures(TPAC/WHCI). Recipient of various awards and certifications for her advocacy and commitment to Trans Issues, HIV/AIDS, and substance abuse recovery.
